2008 winter update now live
NEW! The Europa World of Learning online has been expanded and new content has been introduced. An introductory survey features in each chapter with an outline of each country's higher education system. A new directory of Regulatory and Representative Bodies appears in selected chapters, covering relevant ministries and other government bodies, organs for accreditation and quality assurance, funding bodies and other organizations of national importance in the higher education sector.
In addition to the regular updating of our entries, a comprehensive update of listings for colleges and universities in the USA has been undertaken. All contact details and lists of administrative and faculty staff were included in the update, and the accreditation status of every entry was verified. Listings for libraries, archives, museums and galleries in the USA have also been updated and expanded.
The print edition of this internationally respected title was first published over 60 years ago and has become widely acclaimed as the premier source of information on the academic sphere world-wide.
The online version of The Europa World of Learning builds on this success by providing a full range of sophisticated search and browse functions, and regular updates of content.
